Small Early 19th Century Brass Dog Or Cat Collar With Padlock

Unusual small brass dog or cat collar with beaded effect edging. The collar has two hole settings with a loop that takes a padlock to close it. The padlock is attached but the key is missing and it is locked shut, so a key with have to be made or the padlock will have to be cut off and replaced.

Lined with black leather

internal circumference 8.5" when set on largest hole
