Pewter Mastiff Dog Whistle made by  T. E Yates. Lovely modelled head.
No pea but makes a lovely high sound.

Measures-
2"  (5cm) long.
0.5" (1.2cm) diameter

Small scuffs commensurate with age but otherwise in good condition.
Note- there is no hole to attach this whistle to a chain.
