Antique White Metal Dog Or Cat Collar With Bells And Padlock 'Zaza'

Sweet late Victorian Dog Or Cat Collar designed as a fancy metal chain set with 6 metal bells, and with a closure which has two holes for adjusting the size by about 3/8", the mechanism closing with a silver padlock that opens by pushing the central bar and does not need a key. 

There is a silver name plate soldered to the collar, 1 1/8" long which has been engraved - 'Zaza 13, R Clauzel, Paris

The collar is stamped Metal Extra Blanc 

White metal is an early form of steel
